For the past 20 years, Beth has been helping individuals and organizations see and move toward their potential. Her work with three management consulting firms has given her the opportunity to partner with fortune 500 companies across multiple industries on organization and leadership development initiatives. She was also the Head of Organization Effectiveness at a global non-profit and the Director of Talent Development at Oracle. She is currently the Managing Partner of Foresight Collaborative and an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University. Beth is certified in several assessment instruments and has created two of her own. She earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology with a focus on transformative learning and has a B.A. in Humanities and French. She is also an ICF certified, executive coach and a graduate of the following coaching programs: The Coaches Training Institute, Arbinger’s Outward Mindset Coaching, and Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
