Linda Nedelcoff is the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Human Resources Officer for CUNA Mutual Group, a insurance and financial services company headquartered in Madison, Wis. In this role, she is responsible for leading the Employee Experience, Corporate Strategy and Business Development teams, which include human resources, employee communications, corporate security, business resiliency, corporate strategy, the multicultural center of expertise, marketplace intelligence, mergers & acquisitions and partnerships.

Linda joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2011 and prior to that she held positions at Deere & Company and Deloitte & Touché, LLP, in the area of Human Resources and Human Resources Leadership, overseeing corporate and division human resources, strategic planning, talent management and performance development. Linda is passionate about experience and is always looking for ways to listen, learn and build a sustainable culture and workplace that can move with business and meet the demands of tomorrow’s workforce.
