Tracy Jackson is a seasoned executive business leader and CEO of HR consulting firm HR E-Z, Inc. With over 20 years of business experience, and 15 years as an executive she was the VP of HR for Sleep Train and Golden 1 Credit Union and the Chief HR Officer for SAFE Credit Union.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Tracy currently holds the Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). In addition, she is certified to deliver the Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) and is an adjunct instructor at CSU, Sacramento for the College of Continuing Ed. Tracy has spoken at numerous conferences, podcasts, and conducted multiple workshops especially in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, including the Emerge Summit (2020), The International DTC Wine Symposium (2021), and Seneca Families (2021) and many others.
