Daniela Parker
Daniela Parker is the Chief Risk Officer for TwinStar Credit Union. In her position, she manages the Credit Union efforts in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance, Business Continuity Planning, Safety & Security and Vendor Management.
After beginning her financial career with US Bank, Parker joined the credit union movement as a Branch Manager for TwinStar Credit Union. After being promoted to, and serving as a Division Manager, she assisted the Credit Union in the formation of a centralized Branch Operations Department and was appointed AVP of Branch Operations. In 2014, Parker joined the credit union’s ERM department and has helped to drive the growth and success of that area ever since.
Parker earned her Master of Science Degree in Business Continuity, Risk, and Security from Boston University. She holds CUNA’s Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert Certification, is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (DRI) and a RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional.
TwinStar Credit Union was founded in 1938 as Thurston County Teacher’s Credit Union and currently has 21 branches across the Pacific Northwest serving over 130,000 members.
