Jayne Pauga
Jayne Pauga, founder of People Keystone Consulting Group, is a business leader who has spent the last 20 years building expertise in organization effectiveness, talent and leadership to drive business critical outcomes. Her focus is on aligning the outside customer with internal talent to achieve organizational success.
She has worked across a broad scope of Industries and businesses including General Electric, Intel, Hilton, PWC, Accenture, Flex, Ford, Applied Materials, Northrop Grumman, Air New Zealand, Deutsche Bank, Rio Tinto, Staples and Swire Coca Cola USA.
Jayne completed her undergraduate degree at Utah State University and went onto Brigham Young University for her masters in Organization Behavior.
