The CFO Forum is an intimate discussion-based setting where attendees direct the conversation around the latest pressing issues in credit union finance. This is an opportunity to interact with fellow Senior Finance Leaders facing the same challenges as you and collaborate on solutions in a mix of guided and open sessions.

NEW in 2024 – the CFO Forum will be hosted prior to the CFO Summit, which takes place September 17-19, in the same location. This provides additional opportunities to dine, network and discuss with other Finance Executives outside of the CFO Forum. Please note that there is a separate registration fee to attend the CFO Summit.

In this session, participants will apply the Risk-Adjusted Return on Assets (RAROA) to ensure that pricing strategies are financially sustainable and aligned with the interests of the membership. RAROA should reflect your unique operational model and commitment to member service. Using a market-based benchmark as inputs for pricing loans and deposits ensures the Credit Union’s pricing is competitive, reflective of market conditions, and fully accounts for risk and profitability.

12:15 – 1:15 p.m. - Cybersecurity Discussion

Cybersecurity resilience should be top of mind for Credit Union CFO’s. During this session, we’ll discuss the importance of staying up to date with your cybersecurity.
