Brian joined Duane Morris after serving at the United States Department of Justice as Deputy Associate Attorney General. Brian is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer representing companies in complex litigation and government investigations, particularly on intellectual property, antitrust, white collar, and regulatory matters. In the financial services sector, Brian filed the first ever petition for Covered Business Method Review filed by a financial institution, represented numerous banks in litigations and arbitrations related to the software used to authenticate online banking log-ins, and has written and spoken on cryptocurrency and fintech issues.
