Christine Griffin
Christine works with CEOs, Boards and teams as they lead significant change. She is a seasoned strategy advisor, a technology entrepreneur and an author with 25+ years of experience creating global strategy and driving innovation and change for large multinationals around the world. Christine leads the strategy practice at Change Logic, an innovation advisory firm in Boston, and serves clients in multiple industries, including financial services, technology, consumer electronics media and entertainment. Her recent work includes advising the America’s Credit Unions integration, launching a corporate incubation unit and innovation process for a European insurer and a Japanese electronics company, and helping a technology company renew and launch its go-to-market strategy. Known for her candid, challenging approach, she helps leaders address the hidden barriers to strategy execution.
Before Change Logic, she was the co-founder and CEO of tech start-up EZ-FLO, and a consultant with McKinsey & Co. She is published in the Sloan Management Review and a contributing author to the Corporate Explorer Fieldbook. Christine holds an MBA from Wharton, and a BBA from The University of Notre Dame, and calls Pittsburgh, PA, home.
