Kari Stansberry
Kari Stansberry started her career in banking as a teller for iQ Credit Union in 2000. For almost six years, she worked for iQ holding various positions in the Retail and the Consumer Lending Department. While working full-time at iQ, Kari obtained her bachelor’s degree and master’s in business administration.
In 2006, Kari began working in human resources management in the heavy construction industry and then went to the health care industry. In 2012, she returned to iQ Credit Union as the Human Resources Manager and achieved her Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR). Kari has had the pleasure of serving on iQ’s Executive Team for nine years. In addition to Human Resources, Kari oversees Organizational Development, as well as Facilities – what a combination! She also serves as a board member for CU Benefits Alliance.
