Laura Fielding
Laura Fielding works for UnitedOne Credit Union as its Chief Human Resources Officer. She has over 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational development including previously serving as Vice President of Organizational Engagement and Chief Administrative Officer at Holy Family Memorial.
Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and obtained a Master of Science degree in management and organizational behavior from Silver Lake College. She also earned Fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives and received a Senior Certified Professional designation with the Society of Human Resources Management. Laura has provided numerous local, state, and national presentations on culture & engagement, employee and leadership talent development, change management, organizational development, and more.
